Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We have a 5-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return.

Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging.

• The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.

• Used products are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are only accepted in the following rare situations:

• The product is damaged or you received the wrong item

• The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery

• The product has expired upon delivery

If your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup from the same address, and inform you of the expected pickup date.

In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 days after the return pickup.

For any delivery-related issues, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Order Cancellation

• You may request a cancellation only if the product hasn’t been shipped yet.

• Once approved, you will receive a full refund.

• Mahesh Agro Industries reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including (but not limited to) unavailability of stock, pricing errors, incorrect information, or verification issues.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

• Please note: it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
